A private house in the center of the country, belonging to a young family.
The property was purchased from a contractor and underwent a change of all interior and exterior plans.
The request was to create an atmosphere of a large loft that includes an open space where most of the events in the house take place.
The requested atmosphere is urban with a touch of the past and this was expressed in the combination of the various materials and furniture, which were chosen together with the family members and reflect their taste.
Flooring the house with a concrete floor contributes to the atmosphere and unites the entire central space into one. In the kitchen area, emphasis was placed on the functional hosting of a useful bar which can combine hosting a wide audience of up to 20 people. The kitchen area is naturally linked to the living room with the understanding that the center of the family’s life takes place there.
